BOOKMAKING I:
InDesign
Photo book by part-time studies student Marcela Ochman
This course will familiarize students with Adobe InDesign software in order to create a high quality photo book. InDesign has been the industry standard for designing photo books and other publications for over a decade. It is one of the best choices available to help designers with the creation of any kind of printed media such as books, magazines, posters, and postcards.
Students can expect to learn a variety of design and display options, and learn to harness InDesign in order to share their photography through printed media.
Participants will take part in the creation of a shared photo book as a practice module, then apply the techniques they have learned to their own project that will be developed throughout the six sessions of the course.
