INTERNSHIPS

SPAO supports unpaid, education-based internships at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These opportunities allow you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world, nonprofit contemporary art setting while building the skills to grow as a leader in the arts community.

    • Curatorial assistance, grant writing, installation

    • Ideal candidates need to be comfortable with physical labor such as painting and installing art work as well as having excellent written communications skills. French is an asset but not a requirement.

    • Digital marketing, outreach, communications.

    • Ideal candidates need to be comfortable using design and social media tools, and be excellent at communicating to people online and in-person.

    • Strategic planning, sponsorship management, fundraising.

    • Ideal candidates need to have an eye for detail, be great listeners, well organized, confident in professional contexts, and excellent communicators.
