ROAD FOOD: BEYOND THE CHIP Wagon

COURSE DESCRIPTION

It’s photography with a side of fries. This exciting new photographic, and culinary, adventure with professional photographer and shameless gastronome, Adrien Duey, explores the mystery of local street food and why we love it.

This workshop will combine in-class instruction, a full day of shooting on location, and a follow-up critical session. Starting at Ottawa’s famous Byward Market, photographers will travel to various street food hot spots to shoot the food, the people that make it possible, and the experience as a whole. Savvy participants will bring along a healthy appetite.

Students will need to provide their own transportation. Arrangements will be made for travel during the first session of the workshop.
